• The first new Yutong School Bus for Rural New South Wales

    Wednesday 25th March 2015
Tong Longworth of Narrabri has taken possession of the first Yutong 39 seat bus supplied by Bus Stop Brisbane for rural New South Wales during February 2015.

The delivery also marks the first Yutong funded by the New South Wales Government for school bus transportation. For the record, the town of Narrabri is located two and a half hours south of the Queensland border and some six hours from Brisbane.

After twenty years operating the same 1995 Mercedes Benz LO912 on the Edgeroi to Narrabri school bus service, Tony Longworth chose Yutong to fulfil his vehicle replacement needs. As well as operating a single bus run proprietor Tony Longworth also owns the town's Sportswear store and is a stalwart of the local community.

In addition to the standard Yutong bus ZK6930H running gear the Longworth vehicle was supplied with 39 Styleride 'Orion' Coach Seats with Lap Sash Seat Belts, a Brights 'Custom-Made' Aluminium Bull Bar, Windscreen Mesh Protector, CB Radio System and NSW Compliant School Bus Lights and Door Interlock System.

Congratulations and well done to Tony on his new Yutong School Bus purchase. For more information on the Yutong 39 Seat School Bus or Coach please visit http://www.busstopbrisbane.com.au
