A new luxury vehicle has hit the roads of regional Queensland during early September 2014 - with the delivery of a 20 passenger Yutong 'Luxury Mini-Coach'.
Aside from its standard features including a Cummins ISB 4.5L engine, Allison T2100 transmission and Wabco ABS, this Yutong 'mini coach' has had its seating capacity reduced and spaced out to cater for small groups of mine workers in the Wandoan and Miles region, west of Toowoomba.
In another first for Yutong in Australia, this new vehicle also contains USB ports on every seat as well as a free Wi-Fi Internet system for passengers on board, running on Telstra's popular 3G/4G network.
The vehicle has been purchased by Wandoan-based operators Phil and Kaylene Clarris - who also have three other Yutong vehicles in their possession.
